* $1000 hold deposits are non-refundable

* Hold deposits are transferable to another new attendee found and assigned by the original attendee.

* The full balance is due no later than June 1, 2024

* Cancellation requests submitted by March 1, 2024: full refund (less the hold deposit).

* Cancellation requests submitted by May 1, 2024: 50% of the total amount paid (less the hold deposit) will be refunded.

* Cancellation requests made after May 1, 2024: non-refundable

* All refunds will incur a 3% processing fee.
