You are responsible for your flights. We will take care of transportation to and from the airport and for planned group activities.

YES! A private room can be shared with two people in the same room. Please let us know if we will assign you a room mate or if you have one already.

Yep! After the initial $1000 hold deposit is paid you will have the opportunity to select a payment plan for the remaining balance.

* Hold deposits are transferable to another new attendee found and assigned by the original attendee.
* The full balance is due no later than April 1, 2025
* Cancellation requests submitted by March 1, 2024: full refund (less the hold deposit).
* Cancellation requests submitted by May 1, 2024: 50% of the total amount paid (less the hold deposit) will be refunded.
* Cancellation requests made after May1, 2024: non-refundable
* All refunds will incur a 3% processing fee.

Each guest receives a one hour Balinese massage included in your payment. Extra massages and spa services are available by appointment daily.

When traveling to Bali, you should make sure your routine vaccinations are up to date, including:
Tetanus
Measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR)
Diphtheria

Yes, US citizens need a visa to enter Bali. You can obtain a Visa on Arrival, which allows you to stay in Bali for up to 30 days. Visas cost approximately IDR 500,000 (approximately $35 USD).
