Portals To Bliss: an Ayurvedic Bodywork Immersion

  • Nupower Yoga+Barre 2218 8th Avenue South Nashville, TN, 37204 United States (map)

Marma is Ayurveda’s (the science of life) practice of bodywork.

Located all over the body, marma are acupressure points which facilitate the opening of energy pathways, release of long-held somatic, mental, and emotional stress, and serve as physical gateways to spiritual bliss.

Join us for a 4-part series of 2-hour workshops where you will give and receive powerful and deeply relaxing bodywork. Through the teachings and practices learned in this 4-part series, you will learn how to activate the body’s innate wisdom and healing powers. We will be working with one another using principles of healing touch and embodied meditation -- come with a partner or get paired up with one at the workshop. Sign up for all four or take them as drop ins.
