Marma is Ayurveda’s (the science of life) practice of bodywork.
Located all over the body, marma are acupressure points which facilitate the opening of energy pathways, release of long-held somatic, mental, and emotional stress, and serve as physical gateways to spiritual bliss.
Join us for a 4-part series of 2-hour workshops where you will give and receive powerful and deeply relaxing bodywork.
