DESCRIPTION:

In yoga “lila” means play and who doesn’t need more play in their lives?!

Join us for 4 play-filled workshops as we break down some of our favorite shapes. Beginning with core-stabilization and joint alignment we will introduce you to multiple advanced poses with modifications and variations. Participants will learn proper alignment when attempting arm balances, be able to explore these shapes in a safe space, and leave empowered and confident. All levels welcome. No experience necessary.
