Join master teacher Gillian St. Clair for a combination of multiple mobility methods of active stretching, bodyweight strength training, rolling, and prop use. We’ll find ways to release muscle pain and increase our quality of movement to create more ease in the body and a greater understanding of how we can move efficiently in our day-to-day lives. Many yoga techniques, rest, and mindfulness are also applied.
