Yin Immersion Certification
This 35-hour Yin training is designed to provide yogis with the knowledge needed to begin their Yin yoga study and facilitate Yin practices. Balance is a constant theme in life's journey, and Yin yoga provides a wonderful flip-side to our faster-paced Vinyasa and/or busy Western lifestyles. During this training, we will study meridian theory, postures, introduce Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), help you cultivate a personal Yin practice, and more. This training includes a live class (7 hours), outside reading (6 hours), outside content (2 hours), a practicum (3 hours), and required Yin practice time (12 hours).
