This breath work and cold exposure experience is a 4.5-hour workshop where you will learn to use breath work, Wim Hof breathing, and cold water immersion, as powerful tools to help achieve a happier and healthier life. We will cover the science-backed benefits of breath work and cold exposure, some of which include improved cardiovascular health and performance, reduced inflammation and chronic pain. Improved mood and mental health. We will discuss how to use the method to improve immune function and metabolism, regulate the nervous system, and even alter consciousness.
The lecture will be followed by a guided BreathWork Journey, set to music, where you learn to go deep with your breath in a safe guided experience. You will be shown ways to maximize Wim Hof breathing to get the best results every time you use it.
We end the class with a full immersion ice bath experience where I will coach you through the process of using your breath to bring the body into a calm state while in the ice water. When you can regulate there, you can do it anywhere in your life. We follow the ice bath with a quick group warm-up circle.
