Come to this movement based workshop to explore ways to use your yoga practice to enhance your pelvic health needs. Our bodies change over time and so should our self care practices. Whether it be yoga to support fertility, pain reduction, strengthening, stretching , posture or overall function, come ready to move and explore the benefits the poses offer- as well as some postures that may not be for you, depending on what you’re body is telling you.
