This uplifting workshop will help you discover how to advance your yoga Asana by focusing on…well…your practice! How do you move through your practice on the mat? What is your intention, focus and goal? How do you move from one pose to the next? How do you assess your progress? What are your strengths, and what are your weaknesses? These are just some of the ideas we will explore in this workshop. Through applying new ways of thinking and moving we will begin to see what has been working and what clearly needs improvement. This workshop is perfect for students who have an open mind, who want to advance their practice and who are eager to reassess their practice and try new things.
