Being safe in our bodies. Learning to ground. Knowing and engaging in choice. Training includes learning about trauma forms, the brain, the physiology of movement and meditation, how to create a safe space and more. We will experience how TSY differs from traditional yoga, how you can facilitate practices in your office or studio and what is with in the scope of the TSY facilitator.
