Gillian is known for never teaching the same Vinyasa class twice, she has an option for everybody and will find a way into every posture. This training will reflect her light-hearted, but hard-working, take on Vinyasa. Learning from Gillian’s 23 years of experience, students will understand how to plan creative flows, give sound alignment cues and modifications, and have a chance to practice teaching with your classmates.
