Are you a HIIT veteran looking to try some new moves in a safe, non-
judgmental environment?
HIIT playground is right for you! We’ll spend time going over some of our basic HIIT moves and modifications to make them accessible for all. Then – just for fun – we’ll try some new HIIT/mobility practices that might make appearances in later Power HIIT classes.
We’ll take plenty of breaks between HIIT movements – this will not be 90 minutes of intense work – think more like repeated sections of 3 minutes ofmovement followed by 5 minutes of discussion and review of whatever movement we just tried!
This is a great introduction to HIIT and a great way to expand your
repertoire of movements!
