We hope you find these resources helpful as you continue to practice.

At NuPower Yoga + Barre, nothing is more important to us than your health and wellness. We want to take every precaution possible in light of the Coronavirus outbreak. Even if we are feeling well we want to be mindful that some guests may have family members with at risk immune systems in their homes - small children or aging parents etc. Together we can all stay healthy and keep practicing.

Here are some adjustments we will be making at the studio to protect against germs:

1. Please stay home if you or a household member is feeling ill. Our staff will do the same.

2. Please cough or sneeze into a tissue or your elbow and thoroughly wash your hands after.

3. Each room will have disinfectant wipes. Please wipe your blocks, weights and rental mat down with disinfectant wipes after class.

4. Laundry service will be on hold for the time being. Please bring your own face towel, shower towel and mat towel. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

5. There will be no hands on assists until further notice.

6. We will not be offering lavender towels after class for the time being.

7. For Restore type classes please bring a blanket from home to lay over the studio props.

Please know we are ramping up our cleaning process here at the studio. Please do not hesitate to ask questions. We are grateful for you all!
